It is excellent for tired, busy and/or stressed people, and is extremely beneficial during and after pregnancy, and for those with any health problems, especially stress-linked or painful conditions. It will leave you relaxed and rejuvenated in mind and body in a relatively short time. The CD was devised (following traditional techniques) and recorded by Barry Elms, a Yoga Register Teacher and Yoga Therapist specialising in pre/post-natal care, and back pain and stress-related problems.
